Penny Arcade

The third grade at Austin's school had a penny arcade. It is actually nothing like it sounds. Each student had to 'become' a historical figure. They had to dress like the person they chose and when a penny was dropped into their cup they 'came to life' and gave a speech about their character. Austin was Babe Ruth. He did a really good job and he learned a lot about him.

...just waiting for a penny to be dropped in...

Giving his speech

Austin and his friend, Brayden. He was Yogi Berra another NY Yankees player. Their costumes were authentic OLD flannel ball suits worn in the early 1950s. A lady sold them to us for $10 a set and we had them monogrammed for the NY Yankees. They were some of the best-dressed guys at the penny arcade!
